The enormous vastness of the Northwest Territories is mind blowing and spellbinding...this is a powerful movie, very inspirational in the amazing efforts to survive the conditions of this very harsh environment...great performances by Barry and Annabella...splendid camerawork with a final shot worth the whole film,4/5.

The thing is I live in the Canadian North and used to work up in that area where this film is playing out. They still using those Norsman Air crafts although it's mostly Newer Otters from 1950s and Beavers,Cessnas. But the wilderness is the same some lakes no one ever even fished on.So of course this flick really close to my heart I am fro Europe(Budapest)originally and worked and lived all over the World. But there's no place like the North once u been there it's in you and u can never live anywhere else again.Onl;y ppl who lives in the North knows what am i talking about. It;s total freedom!!!5/5 Thanx

Emotional, touching, great story, stunning scenery, beautifully acted. The Native girl Annabella Piugattuk was an absolute delight to watch and listen to. Her native language was like running water compared to the barking of English. That's what I really like about this site (apart from the idiots)...it brings cracking movies like this to our attention. 10/10
