This is a great horror anthology which has been one of my favourites since it was first released in 1990,all of the tales are well done and even the effects were pretty good for the time,9/10.

This should be the basic staple to show every Halloween rather than that Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown shit. All the stories seem entertwined and you get to see Deborah Harry of Blondie and a few other familiar actors and actresses doing their stuff. Definitely a must see once or twice. Enjoy your bloody popcorn.......

Love this film the gargoyle one was sad though. If only he had kept that secret with him.

This was much better then I thought, I use to love the series as a kid back in the 80's. All this time have gone by, I never knew they made a movie based on the series. Loved it.. 10/10

The 3rd story is an adaptation of the Japanese story The Snow Woman. Here are two versions of the story, Ghost Stories - 1964 - 2nd story, The Snow Woman - 1968 You'll have to watch and see the similarities and differences.

Ok movie, one time watch. But extremely predictable. Some origanality.

This is a horror anthology classic! (IMHO) The movie pays homage to the series by giving you a little bit of the most popular themes from the episodes of the series. Most episodes were great for grown ups, and kids, and you would see monsters, malevolent deal making, narcissistic, manipulative people (especially stereotypical mobster types), and tragic kids, with very dark revenge, and destiny plot twists. There was also a lot of nuanced comedy woven into the stories to give them an extra creepy edge. The All-Star cast is awesome at bringing the stories more depth. Deborah Harry was in one of the episodes from the series, which was not related to her role in the movie, but was equally as creepy. I think it is another send-up to the series to have someone from the show in the movie. This Movie, and Series bring back many happy childhood memories of getting freaked out by myself, and/or with friends watching the show, eating junk food, and goofing around. Thanks for the uploads, and the memories.

As it goes I am quite a fan of the horror anthology sub genre and have always planned to watch this movie. Having now seen it I would go as far as to say that it may be the best out of the whole bunch. The main story itself is pretty cool, as are the first and third of the stories that Lil' Timmy tells. However I believe that it will be the story about the cat that I will remember most vividly. Crazy plot and even crazier effects make that the craziest thing I've seen all night. Superb. 8/10
