"No Famous Actors " ?.....WHAT? Who determines whos "Famous" and whos not? I am baffled and sit in dumbfounded awe.... these are classic cult movies with some great character actors doing what they do best. And as a HUGE Tom Baker fan i find it highly annoying that we get the phrase...."No Famous Actors" ok just had to get that out there.

Good movie. I think I like the 1st Sinbad better than this one, but it's still worth watching. I'd give it 3.5/5 stars.

There was something magic about the Sinbad films....thats hard to convey in words. Alot of that magic was due to Ray Harryhausen. They dont make this kind of aesthetic magic in movies anymore sadly. The closest I've seen to it ,was the director of Van Helsing. But of course, thats a different genre...but if that Director was to do others...who knows! Two-thumbs way up to the mast---for the Golden Voyage of Sinbad!

I do love Ray Harryhausen! Not to mention a great and compelling villain (I sympathized with him more than the heroes) played by Tom Baker.

Love Ray Harryhausen's animation. No one has made a Sinbad movie that could match the originals.

Very wonderful Ray Harryhausen Sinbad film, with those special creatures he brings to life;dancing Shiva statue, that also fights with multiple swords;little flying, lizard creatures, made from the Mandrake root, and blood of man;John Phillip Law,as Sinbad, helping the good Monarch to get the crown of greatest worth;and a spirited sailing adventure,to find it all. And,a beautiful slave girl, just for Sinbad(who does not want the crown and all it's power and wealth, just freedom.)Slightly dark film,in night shots, otherwise pretty good.Ahh,they don't make this way any more!!Literally.
