Blow Me Down: Popeye sails into Mexico, where Olive is doing the Mexican hat dance in a bar. He enjoys the show, until Bluto comes in and clears the bar, except for Popeye. They compete a bit, until Bluto brings in his gang. Popeye has his spinach, and holds them off, but in the confusion, Bluto sneaks upstairs to Olive's room where he has his way with her. Popeye to the rescue, though in fact she was doing quite well.
