Hellevator : Set almost entirely in the claustrophic transport elevator between towns stacked on top of one another, where a hellish scenario unfolds. The postmodern masses that squeeze into this public transport system are Cell-phone addicted businessmen, a child with a human brain as a pet, leather clad law enforcers and a 17 year old schoolgirl with psychic abilities. They are joined by a pair of convicted homicidal rapists, and soon the order of society is torn apart. Outbursts of excessive violence and utter bloody chaos take over.

I couldn't take my eyes off this movie, was like watching a weird live action anime. Low budget but the imagery was so well done and stylish.

A very mind-bending journey which has you questioning what is reality, or what is all in the mind. Not a film for everyone. Loved the ending. 8/10

Extremely bizarre but one of those films you have to keep watching just to see what happens next.

That was great. I don't know if this term is correct but "steam punk" comes to mind. Very strange and quite gory. I love J-horror so I am a bit biased but my opinion says it worth a watch if you do like J-horror.
