This movie, and the book, are both very powerful. I was raped as well and this book has brought some closer to my life. Her interpurtation is very accurate. She captured the fact that it is hard to tell people, even if it is one person. It took me a year to tell my best friend, and my mother still does not know. An event like this is very life changing and difficult, the author and director have showed these obsticles very well.

I saw this on Lifetime and I just really loved it. Kristen Stewart was definitely dramatic in this film...

An incredibly powerful film showing just how much is said, even without words, if we were to just really look. This is the film I point to when I say that Kristen Stewart has incredible talent. I'm surprised they managed to make this film as powerful as the book is and that's a lot on Kristen Stewart's part.

This movie is so very touching yet tough to watch. Being a teen is hard enough but what this poor girl went through made it even harder. five thumbs up.

Surprisingly good, I feel like like it had some dark humor (even with the heavy subject) and it was just so raw and emotional. I really love the cast's acting, the story is just great. I recommend this film, I could really watch this again sometime. 5/5!

Great movie. I read the book literally in less than a day. Although, I do wonder if she ever when out with the boy to eat Chinese food. I guess the world may never know 8/10

I don't understand why people think Kristen is such a terrible actress. She's terrific! Especially in the film. I remember reading the book when I was a freshmen in high school and being completely moved by it. This movie actually does the book justice.

This is such an amazing movie. Kristen Stewart is by far the greatest actress I have ever witnessed. She is so beautiful in such a way that it is only hers. I really hope to meet her someday & maybe get my books & movies signed.

I loved the movie. I was raped many times in my life and it's not easy to tell people, especially when you don't have anyone supporting you. Rape culture makes it so the victim usually gets blamed or it's seen as "no big deal"...usually by the time the victim tells anyone, it's too late to get any real justice. It's a shame. I really loved her expression through her art, finding a creative outlet is super important when going through something like this. Anyways, the movie was amazing, but I didn't like the ending. 9/10
