The most beautiful and accurate depiction of the Christ made to date. This film follows the Holy Bible as accurately as any film I have seen. And yes, it is a long film, but it covers such an important part of our history that it is worth every second of my time to watch it - over and over. The acting is perfection, and the direction - well FZ showed his abilites to be the master director that he was known as. The cinemetography is top notch, even these many decades later this film is still unbeatable in that area. If you wish to watch the true accounts, you cannot get any closer than this film....it is a real blessing to those who have studied, and believe. 5/5. And thank you uploaders! the tubemotion link worked perfectly for me; while the movie is split in 4 parts, it is not problematic as it quickly gives you the option to start the next part and it picks up exactly where it left off. Again, my most humble thanks.

Robert Powell portrays Jesus better than anyone else I have ever seen. It stays pretty accurate to the Scriptures. This movie is rather long, however, in my opinion, it is worth every moment. It describes just before the birth of Christ through to his crucifixion and resurrection. The cast and the acting are something you just do not see anymore. It is a true classic. I can watch it again and again and never be bored. I do not give this high of a rating very often or lightly 5/5. Enjoy!

It's an extremely long film, and doesn't seem to pass any faster than the actual running time, meaning it was rather slow paced, and a bit on the boring side, but I think it did a fantastic job depicting the life of Jesus Christ. The all-star cast makes this a definite must see.

Historically inaccurate. His REAL name was Yeshua Ha-Mashiach, which means Yahweh is Salvation The Messiah. JESUS is a name of Greek origin—coming from IZEUS or IOSEUS... which means something like Hail Zeus or Son of Zeus.. ZEUS was a Greek deity worshiped long before christianity, this name has only been used in reference to this character Yeshua for a few centuries. It was blasphemous to change the holy name of the messiah according to scripture. Christianity and all the christian cults are actually heretic false religions by their own standards if they take the bible literally. Good movie though.

Read the bits that didn't make it in to the Bible. The stuff about Jesus killing his fellow students for dissing him and then instructing his disciples to shove gourds up their arses for example. Religious people are hilarious. . .
