If you read The Ice Man by Phillip Carlo, which is the detailed life story of Richard Kuklinski, you will know that these interviews barely scratch the surface. He was a stone cold sociopath. Far from a loving family man, he caused his wife to miscarrage more than once, and his children were terrified of him. His son started keeping a gun and knife in his room when he was a teenager just in case. The part where he tries to force a tear when talking about his family is typical sociopath, they know what they are expected to feel so they fake the feelings. That is why they are so cunning. Read the Carlo book. It will scare you more than any fiction horror. This interview does not tell the full story at all. The book stayed in my mind days after I finished.

This is what we get when parents abuse their kids and bullying is allowed in schools and in our neighborhoods with people watching and doing nothing about it. This man was created. Dont like it........change it. Treat others with respect and help someone you see getting bullied. There's a lot you can do about it.

great documentary! I couldn't keep my eyes off him. His expressions were honest, numb, and matter-of-fact. The only time I ever saw a glimpse of humanity was when he spoke of his wife and kids. They were his life. A must-see documentary. Loved it

So cold it's almost like he's an actor describing someone else. Pure sociopath I guess. I don't believe for a second he cares at all about the pain he caused his family, or anyone else for that matter. Too bad his father didn't finish him off when he had the chance.

Richard Kuklinkski trained himself from childhood (from dysfunctional parents who beat him and after being bullied by various other kids/adults), he appears to compartmentalise his family life with his contract killings; this is obviously the only way he could cope with the life he had chosen. What always surprises me is that instead of educating himself to get a better job to support his growing family, he chose the harder route of contract killing. There can be no denying, he had a choice and he chose the wrong profession, which ultimately hurt the very people he wanted to protect from the world. Sad really, but it's safer for everyone that he's behind bars. 5/5

Very good documentary. His stone cold eyes are mesmerizing in a chilling kind of way. What I find shocking is him being able to actually put a monetary value on a persons life - Sometimes as little as a few hundred dollars. A must see if you like real crime. 4/5

Saw this on TV several years ago, this guy is something else. Really got me the part where he said how many times he ALMOST got caught. And just killing people on the side of the road and such. Scary when you think about the fact no real serials (like this guy) have been caught in many years. Worlds gettin crazier, no way they dissappeared...
