The Young Age of the Earth: The Young Age of the Earth is a 76 minute video which explains how a created, young Earth, is compatible with a myriad of field evidences and the Genesis record of creation in six literal days. Dr. Robert V. Gentry and his son, David present young earth evidences supporting rapid coal formation such as polonium halos in coalified wood and the astonishingly pure giant coal beds of the Powder River Basin. These coal beds, sometimes hundreds of feet thick, are better explained by a rapid deposition and burial of billions of tons of vegetation by a massive flood mechanism

Good documentary..I always believed that the earth was not as old as we thought and that a great earthly flood could very well explain so much of the things we are programed to believe were the result of billions of years ! When you watch you really need to have an open mind ...not everything said to be scientific is actually scientific or absolute...alot of what is taught are merely theories based on supposed possibilities...no scientist can say for absolute sure they are right about the earth's age..and most of the testing they use is not all that accurate...its a wild guess....I like to leave my mind open to all possibilities.... think outside the box as they say...we are taught so many lies and we just accept these things as truth because someone tells us too....

Supernatural floods and supernatural fast decay, yeah right. We know how these creationists work, but they still don't even come close to the Biblical cosmology, in which the world lives under a vault, called firmament, above which there would be an ocean of fresh water. Rain comes through sluice gates in the firmament, according to the Bible, operated by God personally. If the Bible were true, it would be impossible to have satellites circling Earth and impossible to travel to the moon. So what is the point of all this pseudo science? Creationists still completely fail in their attempt to prove Biblical version as correct.

Utter rubbish post below(and Doc) for SOOooooOOo many reasons to name afew... 1.) "not everything said to be scientific is actually scientific or absolute...alot of what is taught are merely theories based on supposed possibilities" I don't think u understand what a "theory" really is or means when used scientifically rather(2mins on google does wonders)... 2.)"things we are programed to believe " lol u mean like religion? Or this documentary? 3.) "we are taught so many lies and we just accept these things as truth because someone tells us too.... " O boy... see answer number 2 lol Truth is not a democracy. Don't teach ideas just because they are different; teach ideas because they are supported by evidence. You can lead the ignorant to knowledge, but you can't make them think. Think about it. Science it works bit*hes! :D Peace
