Dicaprio and Hardy both deserve nominations for this film. Thanks to the up-loader as always. Not the first time the story of Hugh Glass has been adapted but enough variation in this version to make it fresh and new. Do NOT miss this one. 9/10

Fantastic cinematography and shot in director Alejandro Inarritu's signature panoramic, continuous-take style, this movie about primal survival should blow the Christmas socks right off you. I haven't seen a frontier Western this good since Dances With Wolves. Trigger warning for animal lovers: horses don't fare so well in this movie. On the other hand, humans don't fare much better. The only weakness for me was one too many trips to the brink of death. Still, this is a masterpiece of directorial vision. 9/10

This was by far the best movie I have seen in years!!! Leonardo DiCaprio was outstanding in this film, really intense and full of a lot of harshness that existed back in those days, adding to my favorites!! And, I am going to watch it again!! Thanks you guys for bringing this great film here for us to watch!!!

'God, he's a squirrel' lol.. Tom Hardy's eyes in that scene is why I love him and why he's my favorite actor. He can portray madness, crazy, intensity, better than any actor that I've ever seen.. He is brilliant. This.. is the best movie that I watched from 2015(and I know, it's not officially released until Jan. 2016) but it has my vote for Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, and Best Cinematography at the 2016 Oscars! The music score in this is great too, and the Grizzly bear scene looks so real, it doesn't even seem like CGI was used there. Leo is at his best in this! He's so unappreciated, that guy is an outstanding actor and deserves to be awarded for his work, finally!!! I want to say 'Thank You' to the uploader/s for putting this on here(the best FREE movie site ever), but more deservingly..TY to the cool film critic who leaked his or her Screener copy so we could all watch this amazing, beautiful movie around Christmas time.. at home, in our own comfort zone. Movies rule! This film is a definite 5/5, a classic telling of survival and revenge. Enjoy!

Raw, intense, breathtaking cinematography, and Leo's acting even when he didn't utter a word made this a movie worth sitting through for over 2 hours..It was like watching a superhero movie but the superhero had no power..the only power was the will to live and survive...The range of emotions and depth of character has to make this one of the greatest movies thus far of 2015 and hopefully the writers, director, producers, composers, and the ACTORS are appreciated for their craft...yep folks we have a great movie on our hands, but it won't be for everybody....4.5/5****

Haunting and brutal movie. I feel like the length and pace of the movie adds to the brutality. This isn't quick-time action and smooth editing to keep the watcher's delicate senses intact. The director wanted you to feel every blow, cut, and agonizing step of each character. You could even feel the bear's pain. If you like Castaway, and movies that don't have easy or cathartic endings, you might like this. If Leo ever went to his agent and said, give me the most difficult script that you have, but one that will win an Oscar, than this is the film that will do the job. If not, we should riot.

I think that bear attack scene just might be the most gruesome scene of 2015. Awesomely terrifying.

Damn, this was some intense, gut-wrenching, survival! Had me on the edge of my seat cringing my teeth during that bear attack! I love how Leo DeCaprio always gets completely into his character's to the fullest to make you feel the realness of action and plot!

Epic and brutal is how I'd describe the protagonist's journey. Great directing by Inarritu, this movie doesn't feel like it's 150 minutes long.

When does Leo get his Oscar? God, the scenery........Naturalism at its heart.......if you haven't seen the movie yet.....read some of Rousseau's Ideas of the Natural State.....this movie has some of the most beautiful depictions of the USA " frontier" ........ The disconnect today from that period which relatively is not that far far back historically (I live in Rome and pass by the Colosseum everyday) could be considered infinite in that it would seem to 99.9% of us Americans to be eons ago. Hugh Glassonly passed in 1833.... My greatgradfather's father would have been alive....I'm trying to say that this was how life was lived in North America.....Nature indeed dominated man........The skyscraping ponderosa pines ...the cgushing rivers...ahhh the terrain what a film....I just had to blah bla ...after watching a movie like this you just want to shout out: AMAZING!!!! I can't wit to see it at the movie theater..

Leonardo has become more than just a good actor. In this movie i believe he lived the character of Glass through out the play. There is something about his acting that is luring people to theaters and of course the story is just as amazing as the stunning cinematography. They had a good use of the camera i must say. I watched it twice just to relive the moments which were as real as me typing these words. Brutal yet beautiful. Worth multiple watch. And yeah, those who colonized the Indian lands with brute force and savagery had the nerve to call them Savages. Just brilliant.

I watched this twice in a row, what a film, Leonardo is superb, better than that, I just cannot put it into words, I almost felt like I was going through this survivor thing with him he just took it all to whole another level that I have never seen in an actor, well, not all them, but Leo deserves to be the actor of the year and the film should also win, the director, the editing ,it was just awesome to watch!!
