Lindsay: The highly anticipated OWN documentary series “Lindsay”, directed by Emmy-nominated filmmaker Amy Rice (“By The People: The Election of Barack Obama” ), follows movie star and media sensation Lindsay Lohan on her journey through recovery following a very public period of crisis. Lindsay is one of the most talented young actresses of her generation, boasting an impressive list of credits (“The Parent Trap,” “Mean Girls,” “A Prairie Home Companion” ). Having had her career and personal life sidelined by her public struggles, Lindsay is strikingly candid about her life and is more determined than ever to get back on her feet. In this honest, no-holds-barred account, viewers will see an intimate, unflinching look into the life of one of the world’s most sought-after celebrities. Cameras follow Lindsay as she returns to New York, reunites with friends and family, and attempts to build a new life. As she works to stay on track amid the demands (and pitfalls) of fame, she opens up as never before, discussing everything from her emotional recovery process to her exhausting run-ins with the paparazzi.

Wow..... Lindsay sure has some balls!!! Oprah sprinkles a little cash and some magic fairy dust on her and she lets those true colors show for the cameras. Her disrespect for everyone else around her has nothing to do with her sobriety. She is so self centered and self important and nasty to the bone. You can see she gets that from her mom Dina. I was rooting for her in the beginning but no longer. She continues to make excuses for herself and won't take any responsibility for the mile long list of flaws. DENIAL, DENIAL, DENIAL!!! Who's gonna hire her if she continues this behaviour especially after seeing it filmed for this reality show? Nothing about her has really changed.... she's been late for every job so far. And then to say to a photographer after she shows up hours late TWICE he should learn to change the way he does his job to accommodate her lack of respect??? F.U. LINDSAY. You really don't deserve to have a career.

She's a brat. Self entitled and wants what she wants. There are nothing but yes people around her. She's also a hoarder suffering. I wish her well but she wasn't ready for this. Oprah should have given this opportunity to someone else

Ok I don't get this, Lindsay breaks the law, drinks and drives which could have killed someone and shows like this are supposed to change our minds about this just so she can make a movie again. Maybe for a change these actors and singers should just bow out and be forgotten. If a regular person got drunk and drove there car they would have to face the court system and likely go to jail. Everyone would be pissed at them because they would have M.A.D.D. or mother's against drunk driving after them. No Lindsay you drove drunk and you stomped on your own career. you pi$$ed away your life Why should you get a second chance just because you can act. That just sounds silly. I refuse to watch this as the synopsis talks her up like she is the best and most beautiful person on earth. I assure you she isn't.

No offense to anyone but damn how many times does she get another chance? She has no self respect and I know if that was one of us ordinary people they would throw the book at us and lock all of us up.Take responsibility for your actions and if she can't handle fame and all that goes along with it give it to me I will handle it and love it. I have respect for anyone who works hard and doesn't forget where they came from and when I am a fan give me respect for helping you make it. I work hard for my money. Lindsay should take a life lesson from Selena Perez she was a class act and loved her fans and never let fame change her never believed she was any different from anyone else worked hard and loved her family fans and dogs and fashion she was shot and died at 23 she would love to be given all the chances Lindsay has had I've had it with this girl and her screwed up blame the world excuses hope she will change but bet you my money she won't!

I Have always liked Lindsay, Just because she messed up a bit and showed that she's Human, people are all over her... She needs a break man, and to be encouraged Not Belittled and told she's gonna fail... She seems like a nice girl and I like her acting as well... Good luck Lindsay :)

I was surprised when Linday started to nose dive. It reminded me of other actors who've done the same and ruined their career, like Tom Sizemore.

I love Lindsay. She's wild at heart but what can you say? She's young and filthy rich. She has to learn from her mistakes. I adore her from Parent Trap and her earlier works. I may add that she didn't do too well for the part of Liz and Dick. I think she wasn't quite ready but other than that, I'm still rooting for her.

I would change my old judgemental comment to "We all think its easy to change and we judge people because of their inability to do it..but in reality...we dont have control over our own lives...sometimes the circumstances are stronger than us..." I wish you luck, Linds. I really do.

One thing few can deny Lindsay is a good actress. She's human and young entitled to her mistakes just as anyone else.Perhaps this is her moment for a turn around ,if not I surely hope she has one soon.

I don't see this shit going anywhere. I am not a huge fan of Lindsay but I hope she gets her life straight. As for this show, I honestly do not think she is ready for this type of commitment. Her behavior and mindset shows that very clearly.

I am so happy she's on track to getting back to where she was. Lindsay know what she wants and knows how to get it. Thankfully, she has the right people that are good for her :)

Lindsay is such the complicated character but very likeable because there's a sense of sincerity that she has. But Lindsay should've given herself ample time to make the transition from rehab to taking on jobs - that includes this documentary. I believe that she wants to turn her life around but she still learning what that entails. I can't believe how unorganized she was with her living quarters...She has no idea of how to live a "normal" life. She has all these people "assisting" her and it's tooooo much for her to handle. Her family is toxic, I wish she could just rid her life of them. She should invest some of her money, scale down her spending habits and bow out of the spotlight. Too much of her energy is on saving her career when the focus should be on saving herself the individual. At this point her life has proven that the only success that really matters is finding herself and her peace...I'm rooting for her.

Episode 1 was good, which was more like a reality show. But then episodes 2 and 3 were like watching a crappy episode of Intervention. And half the time Lindsay would be hiding in her room, not wanting to shoot, so it's just her assistant running around, or the production crew standing around talking. By the 2nd half of episode 3, it turned into an Oprah talk-show, and I just turned it off.....
