I started watching this with a totally different expectation of what this was going to be about. I thought it was going to be about how either one side was bad or the other. It's not. I think it's a well done documentary about how Al-Qaeda and the US <which wasn't the only country involved but focused on primarily> had used media for their own propaganda war. It was unbiased <as good journalism should be> and held its integrity.

I ended up turning it off halfway through. I found it pretty dry and boring. Thought it was going to be something totally different.

nice one, pretty sharpish on comment too. i like al-jazeera's docs and repo's, and i rate them on same level as the ones from the bbc, they usually have wide open and critical view, more mature then american ones (vanguard is great though). And remember never take media for full and complete truth. just watch more and keep thinking yourself. and never believe the internet :)

War makes me sick, people who enjoy or promote going to war make me sick, pretentious US propaganda and indiscriminite killing from afar makes me sicker, Terrorism and bombing people for the monopoly on your personal truth via faith makes me sickest. That being said i find this a very good documentary only problem i have is with the statement that is a an adult thing to do not to show Bin laden's body to the world, because that leaves to much room for questions, same as hitler people still wonder if hes alive or not, showing his corpse would have fixed that and given a lot of people a sense of finality.
