History Channel Jesus The Lost 40 Days: History takes viewers on a journey of discovery leading up to Easter with the premiere of Jesus: The Lost 40 Days, on Wednesday, April 20, 9pm Et/Pt. The show follows up last year.s The Real Face of Jesus which premiered to worldwide attention. The documentary fills in the gaps in the historical record. According to the Bible, Jesus came back from the dead and walked the earth for 40 days before ascending to heaven. But the New Testament reveals little about this defining miracle of the Christian faith. Using tools of history, technology, science and faith, History tells the little-known story. Non-Biblical sources such as the Gospel of Thomas, the Gospel of Mary Magdalene, the Secret Revelation

History Channel - Jesus, The Lost LSD Days. According to the Bible, Jesus came back from the dead and walked the earth, chewing on people's faces. Using tools of mystery, tekmology, imagination and mumbo jumbo, History tells the little-known story. (From Non-Biblical sources such as the Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The walking dead and Harry Potter)

If it's not documented as fact it is not a documentary.

The militant Atheists are on the loose! Anyway, this is an decent documentary, but most of it is based on the Shroud of Turin, which has been proven as a hoax and the evidence of its authenticity are flimsy. There are better documentaries out there about Jesus and theology in general, especially concerning the Gnostic Gospels.
