i had to pass... it was too cheesy, not objective or well informed at all but based on opinions and generally i didnt really know what they were talking about. asuming too many things, and really talking about how the american society works and not about human nature (other societies are based on complete different values). couldnt get through half of it: way too cheesy and trying to move the viewer emotionally in a very harsh and forced way.

Meh ... I don't really get what everyone is so into this for. It's just a very simple message that people have been saying for thousands of years, and Tom Shadyac thinks it's valid now just because he had a connection with some Yoplait in a pitri dish.

Lol it's funny how some of the critics below say "this is common sense, everyone knows these basic things." And yet, if these lessons are so inherent, why is the world still as it is. They sort of lend themselves to the label of 'educated fools' or 'know-it-all do-nothing-at-alls' lol, Great documentary nevertheless

I have just started watching and will to the end to see if the rest is B.S. Why I call B.S. is at 6:50 she says that science is a story and then they flash on the screen that science thought the world was flat until 1500 AD and that is a myth. The ancient Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, Mayans as well as most other civilized societies knew the world was round. the myth was perpetuated in fantasy books and novels. True, science does not have all the facts or answers right now and any credible scientist will admit that science brings up more questions than it answers but when it does answer them it does so logically and the answer doesn't involve magic or some deity and freely admits that it is a working theory that the facts support, unlike religion who says they have all the answers and what they say is irrefutable. Well back to the documentary.

From the way I see it until he who controls the earths resources and technology changes whom he is and make right the all evils he has apposed upon all of the earth and its people then and only then will you see a change in the people and in the planet itself! Until then you will continue to see the negative direction it has been in since he was given power to rule! (So who rules the world?) CHANGE! 2.5/5 for daring to ask the question!

Very inspiring and uplifting but also a dire warning to most of us that we really do need to CHANGE the way we THINK and LIVE. I love you.

Just beautiful. A truly inspirational documentary that really motivates you to put a little more kindness into the world. This is the sort of things we should be showing in schools.

Great documentary--that we're all connected and have the ability to influence each other at a fundamental level--that just adds another twist to the idea of a global village!

Some of the new science about the heart was cool but all in all doesn't really say anything new about fixing our messed up world. Still worth watching if only to put people in the right mind or should I say heart for a few hours.

To my earth family, "mankind", I express my love, patience and tolerance that all may live in freedom, to pursue this life journey your way, in your time, as I am. My act of love for you, is my promise to continue learning to love myself, overcome my weaknesses, forgive so that I may continue to love you more.
