Loved the way Tom Shadyac portrayed the movie, beginning from his own experience. There's something for everyone to take away from this documentary. I strongly recommend watching! I loved the experiment he did with the yogurt cultures. It was pretty cool. Gives you a lovely outlook on life. Very uplifting.

I'm glad Shadyac wanted to share his experience. It wasn't overly flowery or cheesy as many have said, I mean do you expect a documentary on self, social and spiritual improvement not to be cheesy? It was done with a quality which other documentaries with a similar message never reach. The whole co-operation in nature thing really struck me. 8/10.

Just beautiful. A truly inspirational documentary that really motivates you to put a little more kindness into the world. This is the sort of things we should be showing in schools.

Really great documentary. Entertaining, narrator is pretty funny, and the film has some serious heart. Not ashamed to say it had me tearing up on various occasions.

Thank you Tom Shadyac for sharing your example of change that many should adopt and for sharing a story that ALL countries in this beautiful world will benefit from if they were to embrace this. Starting not from old to young, but ME!

Lol it's funny how some of the critics below say "this is common sense, everyone knows these basic things." And yet, if these lessons are so inherent, why is the world still as it is. They sort of lend themselves to the label of 'educated fools' or 'know-it-all do-nothing-at-alls' lol, Great documentary nevertheless
