Yeah, this movie is definitely not for everyone. I liked it and thought it was hilarious though. Low budget and a bit ham and cheesy at times, but who better to ham it up than Malcolm McDowell? 3/5

Well I gotta say that I loved the concept and the ending!! I don't think this movie is for everyone, for sure! But I liked it! I give it a big AMEN and praise be to the Lord Jesus, who reigns! <3

I cannot see why people don't like this film. Maybe because I'm such a Malcoholic. I enjoyed it very much. Malcolm was great as the devil. He was both funny and intense. Oh, and sexy as *hit! Whoa! The other acting was nothing spectacular, but I have seen far worse. The film had me hooked for 1 hour and 46 minutes. I would like to watch it again, yes. It's not a thriller, but more of a satirical comedy. I give it at least 8/10.

20 minutes in. The premise is so interesting, but the writing and the acting is really poor;even McDowell can't seem to rise up and make something out of it. The actor portraying Luke O'Brien seems very poorly cast, and Satan's team of "top international lawyers" should sue Satan for making their (acting)talent entirely disappear. Corbin Bernsen gave a solid performance, but his role was so limited. I really had hopes for this film;that it might be thought provoking. The only thing I came away thinking was to avoid future movies written/directed by Timothy Chey and/or performed in by Bart Bronson. See what you think. I give it 2/10 (and that is charity because it is the Christmas season).

Two things MUST be understood prior to choose whether to watch this: this is B-movie(actors skills/scripts are very low) and the concept/basic idea is interesting. The story has its own hook, that keeps you wondering. The movie is deprecatingly un-watchable, but if you wanna know how things go, you'll find yourself skipping the boring parts to see what is it in here. Do not have expectations though... the script had been very poorly done.

Stupid movie. Typical Christian movie blaming Satan for the fact that they have no personal accountability for their own actions. Satan is not to blame for your pathetic excuse for a life and the struggles you have, it's called life and consequences for our actions. OK, I can understand some stuff, but give me a break. Get your head out of your asses and realize that chances are that didn't work out well for you not because it's Satan's fault but because of.....drum roll.......YOU!!

I have to think that this one would have been better had it been left in Russian, then the viewer could "pretend" that there was actually decent dialogue, a story line, and writing that wasn't plain and simple junk. Watch the Devil's Advocate instead.... 2.5/10. My appreciation to the efforts of the poster(s) of the links though, some movies are good, some are bad, but without you we wouldn't have any; so thanks or putting this one up.

And if I was Russian, I'd hate it anyway. Either dub the actors or subtitle the frakin movie, don't just have some idiot speak over the whole soundtrack. The narrator's voice grates on my nerves. WTF are they thinking letting that guy speak for 100 minutes? Them Russians sure love their torture and suffering.

I would pay much attention to the naysayers. Sure it wasn't Oscar material and there was a lot of bible thumping, but the guy playing the Devil once again played a superb evil role. He also played the devil in the cable series Lexx. Check it out if you ever get the chance.

Malcom McDowell carries what little there is of worth in this movie. With the main character suing the devil giving one of the worst acting performances ever committed to film. I don't even want to rate this so I'll just suffice with 'meh!' 'wtf?' 'huh?' :(

I'd pay Malcolm McDowell $10 to be in my movie too. How the did this get made and then released. I am truly befuddled, and this is after 04:43 minutes in... If it was campy fun, I'd be entertained - but it's just baaaaaaaaaad.

It's bad, not funny bad. I was expecting Ben Stein or Kirk Cameron to pop in to remind us we're watching a christian fundi c-movie.
