One of the most important writers of the 20th Century whose work was posthumously published after he died in obscurity. Howard Phillips Lovecraft's invented the genre we recognize as Supernatural Horror. His premise was this: The oldest and strongest emotion is fear, and the oldest and strongest fear is fear of the unknown. This documentary delves into the creation of a mythos which will continue to breed in the dark corners of writer's minds for years to come. 5/5

Lovecraft was definitely a master; but like all greats, not fully respected or acknowledged by the public until after his death. I enjoyed this.

Movie and sound is out of sync, though. The movie itself seems to be moving at a much quicker pace than the audio, which is at normal speed.
