I guess I need to catch up on my Egyptology, cause I have never heard of her. This was a great documentary. Very detailed and not to much of the usual stating things that we will never see a conclusion to. I really liked this. Now they should search for her daughter's remains.

A fascinating documentary of the discovery of Queen Hatshetsup's mummy, Pharoah of Upper and Lower Egypt and an ancestor of King Tut. By means of DNA analysis, CAT scans, dental scans and good Sherlockian deduction this powerful and charismatic woman's remains were found in the tomb of another. It's worth watching even if you don't care for Egyptology because of the forensic science. Im giving it a 3/5 because I didn't care for the grandstanding of Harwassi, primary Egyptologist who pranced around after all the work of others and took credit for it.

This would have been a lot better without Zahi Hawass in it. I never liked that guy at all.

very cool documentary. Egyptology is very fascinating and the fact that they can use DNA analysis, CAT scans, and dental scans on a 3500 year old mummy for identification is amazing! 4/5.
