Its my least favorite of the Saga, but I think it needed to be told nevertheless. I didn't like the whole kissing cousins aspect. The part where Al Pacino screams on the steps outside of the opera, made me cry buckets. And when he was thinking back on his life, when he danced with all of his loves I bet he wished he made better choices. When he put on his shades and died with only a dog by his side, it was so intense, he went out like a BOSS! AMAZING for the most part 3/5

Ultimately this was my favorite one, 5/5 I loved the romance, the opera scene, and Al Pacino's performance. For all the teen girls that see it like me, remember to have class. Love the godfather, mom was right.

decent movie. Andy Garcia plays it right. S. Copolla gives a shameful performance

Wonderful ending to a great trilogy. Andy Garcia was outright sexy. The opera scene was superb and the music was amazing. 8/10.

NO WHERE NEAR as good as the first two; but Michael is at a different point in his life so of course it was never going to be as good as parts 1 and 2. 6/10

Although many people seem to think this one was a let down in comparison to the first two films in the trilogy, I would have to disagree. I strongly recommend this, its an excellent film which ties up the Godfather story perfectly. Do not let other people's criticisms put you off watching this: its nowhere near as bad as some make it out to be. 4/5.

I'm not sure why a majority of people are calling this movie an epic fail trilogy. It was actually pretty good.

Not a bad movie but... Sofia Coppola sounded half asleep throughout the whole movie. Definitely needed a different actress for Mary Corleone. I'm gonna say this is more of a family drama type of plot instead of a crime movie... too much focus on the children, especially when one of them can't even act such an important role lol. 1 and 2 were masterpieces, no doubt.

7/10. Give it a go to round out the trilogy. That being said, I saw this movie when I was younger and really didn't give it much of a chance. It wasn't as bad as I originally thought. The story line was well thought-out and the ending was decent. I do believe the movie would have been better received had it not been released so many years later and (in a sense) wasn't so modernized. And Sophia Coppola had absolutely no right to be in this movie lol what a horrible actress!!

I enjoyed this ending equally with the previous two chapters of the overall Coreleone story, and it is not all that much of a rehashing as some claim it to be (though I do notice Garcia, at the beginning at least, trying a bit too hard to emulate James Caan, though maybe it was necessary), but I have to admit that I think they should've gave Duvall the money he wanted so we could see Tom Hagen once more.
