Without subtitles, it is really difficult to follow the 60 percent of this movie that is in Italian. Other than that, the remaining 40 percent was very entertaining.

I can't even begin to describe how freaking amazing this movie is. There is so much that I could say, UGH! It is a classic. The deterioration of Michael from doe-eyed college boy to stone cold brother killer, WOW! Al Pacino was superb. There are so many emotions that went through me, the suspense was intense. There were so many tear jerking moments. The soundtrack is amazing, its definitely my favorite in the Godfather saga! It had all the goods 50/50!

Al Pacino and Robert De Niro are just amazing! This is my favorite one out of the trilogy, I just love the era these movies are based in and the natural all around feel to the movie. 7.3/10 John Cazale R.I.P. I watched this and Once Upon A Time In America for the first time and I watched them both on the same day ha:) I wish Francis Ford Coppola did some more movies but I have got to say I didn't like the third one:/ I love the story to this one and I love the way we get to see how Michael Corleone has changed since he gained power of the family:D I also feel like this one has a better pace than the other two movies, plus it has a great soundtrack. Even though De Niro's dialogue was nearly all Sicilian I still loved that part of the movie:DD

This movie is in the same class as the original. Amazing performances by Pacino, Cazale, DeNiro, Strasberg, Keaton, etc. However, do not watch this if you have not seen the first. It will make sense, but it won't be nearly as good. 10/10

when i saw that this was a 3 hour sequel, i was skeptical to say the least. but mario puzo's genius shines through in godfather part ii, which is every bit as good as the first one, and i feel like a fool for ever doubting it. the original godfather, marlon brando, is surely missed in this film, but pacino and de niro are superb in their own right, making brando's absence far more forgivable. a prequel and sequel in one, godfather part ii is undoubtedly one of the greatest sequels of all-time. 9/10.

What an amazing trilogy! I was mesmerized the whole time by how impeccably acted these movies are, especially Pacino who was simply magnificent as Michael Corleone. I have to say, in my opinion this one is simply the best of the three. It showed Michael's reign as the new Don of the Corleone family and you were able to see just how much Michael changed. In the first movie he started off as the sweet younger son who wanted nothing to do with the family business then swiftly changed in the second to the ruthless leader who would not let anything or anyone get in his way. "I know it was you, Fredo. You broke my heart, you broke my heart!" The best!
