so happy i gave this one a chance. never expecting the flood of emotions that would follow. this documentary has somewhat returned my faith in humanity in addition to being a really good and interesting watch. zach galifianakis co-produced it. an absolute must watch if you are open to it. 5/5

I mean talk about a great Documentary. I haven't really seen to many of these but I can tell this is one of the best. I mean the internet is really such an important part of our lives, and for this film to take a look at how it can effect personal relationships is astonishing. All together I give this one 4/6 stars, and a laptop so you can look up "Craigslist Joe" on Craigslist while watching this great "Doc".

I really enjoyed this Doc. it was great and well done, yes as said before the generosity and help from strangers was a great thing to see, and it was for 2 people the cameraman as well, it's easy to not think about him, but everyone that helped Joe helped the cameraman as well.

initially people don't know about the camera until they meet him, this to me means people he encounters are genuine, a beautiful documentary, i enjoyed it 8/10

Wow. I'm so glad I watched this. It's great to know that there are so many kind, caring, giving, trusting people in our country that are ready to help someone in need. Great documentary!

What a fantastic idea! I feel that the camera aspect may have played a part in people trusting him and I also believe that had Joe been female the documentary may have taken a completely different turn... but who's to say? Maybe people out there are really that kind across the board ; )

Purely just to watch his life experiences I found entertaining. People of course can be generous, trusting and kind. No doubt many people were more open to him due to the camera present so they could share their stories. I'd recommend watching, it was good.

Mentioning your doing a documentary in your craigslist advertisement and having a cameraguy with you at al times kinda beats the whole purpouse and point of this whole documentary. But the person who made this seems genuine and friendly though.
