A reminder of the good old days when wrestling was entertaining and competitive, I cant believe the amount of talent back then compared to today its night and day.

great look at the entire history of WCW, the only problems i had with it is that isn't as in depth as i would personally like. that and the over looking of Sting, and the entire Sting vs nWo story that was the whole reason WCW was on top for so long, because of that one storyline, and this overlooks the entire thing.... besides that, great dvd, i recommend buying the dvd for the extras

loved it or hated it, we can all agree they pushed Vince and the WWE to be at their best every single week. me personally i really didn't have a problem with it but every monday at 9, i'd say bye to nitro and hello to raw. it really sucks that they folded, lord knows TNA ain't competition. TNA was cool in the beginning with the Jarrett's, but since Dixie took over it's been blah. here's hoping to Jarrett's new company GFW. amazing documentary with amazing matches. 10/10

It's a shame that Vince and the WWE folks still need to bury WCW on a DVD meant to celebrate their (WCW's) title. Why do they do this? Why do they leave out important moments? It's about WWE's personal agenda and it's about ego. They've felt threatened by anyone who may be perceived as competitors since I worked there and still do. By burying WCW, making the "WCW ruins everything" jokes on You Tube, they remind the marks of the fact that no matter how much money is behind the "next big thing" they'll always win, just as they did against WCW. This is done in the event that a new competitor comes along that may become a contender to WWE's top of the heap throne.

I watched WCW for a long time and at the end they did start getting dumb. They had Eric Bishoff who was cool and wanted to do everything new, but after a while they brought in the Bishoff wanna be and I changed the channel.

A must see by any wrestling fan of modern or past era. Remarkable of how close the small Southern Promotion almost put the big, bad WWE out of business. In hindsight, some of the best wrestling matches and viewership ratings happened in this era of Monday Night War. Being a fan of HBK I always watched RAW every Monday night starting at 9:00 P.M. when it was still being taped, but would catch the first hour of WCW on TNT. 5 out of 5 stars.

Loved this documentary it's nice to see wrestling in the non pg days and it told me a lot about wcw because i was only 3-4 years when it was huge around 1996-1997. 10/10

from it humble beginnings as a small south regional promotion to a huge corporation, this documentary shows that bigger doesn't necessarily mean better. Interesting from beginning to end and the honesty of those involved was refreshing and remarkable. Definitely a must see for any real wrestling fan.
