When I first saw this movie, I was excited about it's potential to possibly move other people to do something more to help this situation. There are always legitimate groups involved in situations like this, non-governmental, there for the victims and always in need of funds, folks to write letters and, most of all, people to talk about it because others will never get the truth from the 'nightly news.' Now, I honestly don't know what it will take for the 'average citizen' to be convinced to become involved in one small way or another. Now, there are many other excellent movies out there, but still, my American neighbors seem to know little about this conflict and care about it even less. Some talk about how wrong war, genocide, brutality, victimization is and that's so very true, but we will never see a reduction in these heartbreaking tragedies until we do more than talk to our peers. At the very least, write to your representatives and tell them how opposed you are to see the USA and other countries ignoring these ongoing genocides and ask that they don't fall back on weak arguments about semantics.

Great movie actually. Never thought Uwe Boll would manage to make a good movie but he actually did with this. Very emotional and heart wrenching. It was painful and disturbing to watch sometimes. I don't understand why human beings must have so much hatred to another human being. They all say use various reason like religion, race and etc... but what's the point? We are all gonna die one day,so why so much hatred and inhumanity? Things like this are happening in a lot of places and no matter what reasons they use,it just does not justify killing innocent people.
