The beginning of the film was truly very strong and superb on character development. The director Spike Jonze is amazing, but I think the more the film went on the more it didn't quite hit it it's mark. Still very enjoyable, just doesn't quite have the punch that it could of had. Would still give it a 9/10.

I remember this book when I was in elementary,Man it takes me back to the good ol days. I loved this movie, when I have kids I wanna watch this with them. towards the end made me tear up. I give this movie 100 stars

Had the book, so i had to watch the movie!!! Very good book to movie adaption. To take a fifteen page book and turn it into a full length movie!! Well done!! 4/5

Excellent film with great imagination, spike jonze is the man. This movie was put together great and covers many emotions, and feelings, if you donhave the imagination to understand it i feel sorry that you may have lost it already. 5/5

i absolutely adore this movie, defo one of my faves, i cry everytime (i am 35 year old adult lol) the creatures are just amazing. my kids ages 5 8 and 12 all love it too, i could ewatch it over and over

love the book love the movie.. can't believe i got all teary-eyed at the end.. plus some of the monsters were actually kinda scary. love how they used animatronicz instead of computer graphics. LOVE that

It was really nice, I truly enjoyed the movie. Reading Maurice Sendak as a kid was an adventure to me, it taught me a lot (was a Wild kid myself).
