A very well made movie that has a great cast and kept my interest throughout. This may be a bit slow paced for some, but I liked the pace as it gave plenty of time for character development and details that came together to cement the main character, Robert Greysmith's, theory on who zodiac was. A quality watch in my opinion and one that many true crime enthusiasts will enjoy.

Great film!!! I wish it was even longer. It really keeps you stuck to the story, no dead moments for the entire lenght. Recommended to anyone who likes good movies. The point is that this movie is focusing on the people involved in the investigations, and not on the maniac. Because of this it is never dull. You will never regret watching this wonderful film. Kudos to the screenwriter and to the whole crew.

Great movie overall, of course not truly knowing is kind of annoying but the portrayal was great. I didn't even really notice the time, it kept you engrossed in what was going on so overall I give it 7/10

This movie is good but I think it dragged on a lot longer than it needed to. At two hours in I just wanted it to be over. I give it a 4/5. I prefer 'The Zodiac Killer' from 2005.

i remember when this was going on in the 60 s a few years ago a woman came forward and stated that her father was the Zodiac killer

I feel so smart. When the Zodiac said that he liked to hunt and kill humans I instantly thought of The Most Dangerous game. I read that story with my class last year, that is one messed up story.

simply WOW... i know it was a bit draggy nevertheless it was a brilliantly done movie. i would rate it 9/10. (-1 cause it was a bit too long) overall i loved the acting and it kept me going. the ending sadness me a bit though, i wish he was caught so we could have known his side of the story or whether he was the actual killer.

So why didn't they get Lee Allen to stand in a line-up and have the guy who survived at the lake pick him out. Or the woman who got the lift off him?

Great Film but the story revolved a bit too much around arthur leigh allen when its highly unlikely he was zodiac.

An intriguing thriller with an excellent cast, outstanding acting by Jake Gyllenhaal, Robert Downey Jr, and Mark Ruffalo. The characters are well developed. The direction by David Fincher is what makes this movie so compelling. The movie is a tale about obsession. It chronicles one man's exhausting search for truth, even as his obsession begins to get the better of other parts of his life. Worth a watch... 9/10

Just a brilliant film. So well paced, so comprehensive in it's divulging of the facts and all without that schlock sensationalism that usually abounds in these films. Fincher knows how to tell a tale, how it should move and how long it should take.(Only as long as it needs to, no less and no more) 9/10
