It's hard to believe this was the directors first movie. It's been banned in China and was filmed secretly in Tibet. The story holds nothing back of the unpleasantries of the Chinese Communist who do as they please. Each frame sadder than the last.9/10

This movie... Wow. I had completely forgotten about this movie til my "girlfriend" mentioned it to some friends of ours while we were Bar-B-Qing...just out of nowhere. Tried to rent it on Google Play and Amazon Prime so we could all watch it n the livingroom...No dice. Ended up screen mirroring this site from my S5 onto my 60" Sammy. When the movie was over, Liz asked for a pen; wrote the name down; and promised to find us a DVD or Blu-Ray of it so I can rip it and burn a "crap ton" of copies for everyone we know. That's how good this movie is and it's such a rare movie too. Just relax. Shut off your phone. Get comfortable. And watch this movie. You'll be glad you did.

I'm really interested to see movies that inspired brilliant bands. I saw My Bloody Valentine last month and hope to see this one soon. I can only watch megavideo and zshare on my ancient laptop.
