I thought it was very good for a low budget movie some good acting

The movie follows events leading to the the Battle of Culloden. It was filmed on a tight budget of donations from individuals and local historical societies. Don't expect a visual extravaganza like Braveheart or Rob Roy, this is smaller, more intimate, with more emphasis on how the campaign of the Jacobites deeply divided Scottish society, down to families, with family members fighting on opposite sides. If you like historical drama: this is a must see.
