I like to think I remain a sceptic of stuff like this, but whenever I see or hear of something like this, I just can't help but get excited at the possibility of unexplainable thing like this exist in the world. Gives me a real excited feeling. Like a child at Christmas with an unknown present

Goddamn 2 and a half hour doc on The Mothman Legend, very well told, im open minded to a lot of this stuff..The Truth is Out There..I Want to Believe!! What I want to know is why didn't the people of Point Pleasant just make a giant light bulb and wait for the Mothman to appear?

Good introduction to the alleged phenomena. The narrator sounds curiously like Dan Rather lol

glad i watched this, but thought it was amatuerish doco for the subject matter and badly written, focusing heavily on the most irrellevant parts of the wider story, then glossing over all the important parts. Eg the first 90 minutes is devoted to the indian cheif legend, and the environmental contamination at the tnt site, couldnt believe it went into such detail about those things, then once finally starting to discuss the mothman, ufos, mib etc, rushed over everything like footnotes, choosing to summarize all the stories instead of going into specific details, was a very irritating style of narration. 4/10

They really need to edit out about 45 minutes of this.

a very long & very interesting documentary. this documentary tells the messed up history of a small town in virginia. starts w/ a curse on beginning colonies, chemical spills n goes on to ufo's, the mothman n the men in black. some very interesting stuff here. worth a watch.

I loved the Mothman Prophecies but this is so dry & boring I didn't finish it.

2/5, I love stuff like this, but they should have cut an hour and a half out of this 2'30" film. Lacks imagery of the mothman, just talking heads and photos of newspaper headlines :( But, you get to hear the phrase "glowing red eyes" about a thousand times, so that's a plus. :/ And skip the first half hour, trust me, or you will hate yourself. It's just uninteresting native American history about some curse, but nothing interesting happens.
