I've been having a marathon with this show and loving it. I was 11 years old when it first aired and it was a regular show in our house. Watching it now is a completely different experience. I love catching all of the economic glimpses of the times. In 1977, when this show first aired, Jack Tripper was trying to get a $300 loan from his school. They offered him 18 months to pay it back! But he ended up not qualifying for the loan because his father made $6,000 a year, which meant that Jack wasn't considered 'hardship case.' That sure wasn't much income and it wasn't all that long ago either. Then the glimpse of the fashion and hairstyles back then is fun to see. I actually remember them! But I don't remember men wearing pants so skin tight it takes half a can of Crisco to get into them, though! But, I do remember the bell bottoms! Finally, John Ritter was more of a comical genius and even more brilliant than I ever remembered. He was definitely in a class by himself and, in my opinion, FAR outshines these newer comic actors by a mile.

One of my all time favorites! There was a short season of Three's a Crowd as well, when Jack and Vicky began living together. It's actually really good, I love John Ritter, may he rest in peace. Awesome sitcom!! 10/10

Talk about classics, this got me into sitcoms. The chemistry among the cast is great. I started watching this late at night on Nickelodeon as a youngster. Part of my childhood. Love this show.

John Ritter, Michael Richards, and Jim Carey are some of the funniest physical comedians. Chevy Chase gets a honorable metnion too.
