Kitchen Nightmares (USA): Hell hath no fury like an angry chef, and no chef has a sharper temper than Gordon Ramsay when things go wrong in the kitchen. Chef Ramsay hits the road, in each episode tackling a restaurant in crisis and exposing the stressful realities of trying to run a successful food business. For restaurant owners in crisis with lazy chefs in the kitchen, temperamental wait staffs and few and unhappy diners, it's time to call in the restaurant industry's equivalent of 911.

Ramsay is nothing but a legend. Kitchen Nightmares and Hells Kitchen are worth a watch!

Much better to see/hear the uncensored U.K. version of the show. To actually hear to what extent he curses the owners and staff out is hilarious. Makes the show so much better to get the full spectacle of his attacks upon lackluster owners and ineffective staff. Pity it's so difficult to find here in the U.S.

Gordon Ramsay is no joke. Unlike a lot of people out there, he's got the credentials to back up his attitude. And I admire him greatly for it. He's totally one of my personal heroes. He ranks right up there with Henry Rollins, George Carlin & Denis Leary for me. I love his take-charge, no-nonsense demeanor and absolutely admire his "stand and fight for what you want" attitude. I know for a fact that if the couple I used to work for had actually taken up the offer that was given to them to have Gordon come and help the restaurant I used to manage for them, that place would still be open today. But they didn't want to listen to someone else. And the place failed. Catastrophically. All because they didn't want to listen. Just like so many of these other owners- but only, those people actually did pay attention by the end of it all. Which separates them from the failures. Also... just to put it out there, if you want to watch episodes- particularly season 2 in it's entirety- it's available on Hulu.com. Right now, seasons one thru four are available. I dunno if they will be in the future because Hulu is fickle but... it's better than dead links, no links, links that give Malware or don't work for whatever other reason.

I agree with you WI_SportsFan! It's also strange to me that the owners usually resist his recommendations. Seems like if your business was failing you'd be eager to take the advice of a successful expert. Great show! 5/5

I love the way he breaks down the restaurant owners from angry to putty in his hands. It always surprises me when people are shocked by his slams...it's like, "Um...you've seen this show before right?" >>>I have been choosing my restaurants much more carefully after seeing the nastiness out there.

I read the closures that the show has and was appalled. Then I read the Yelp comments and understood the why. In most cases, it had nothing to do with chef Ramsey's doing, for the most part, the service reverted to being lousy and the owners went back to their old habits. Some were closed due to death as others were sold and failed with the new owners. These last two seasons seemed to doing a whole lot better.

The most recent episode 'ABC revisited' was an episode I have been waiting a long time for. What an utter disappointment of an episode. Waste of an hour of my life!! If you have nothing more than 5 mins of 'bonus footage' then dont try fill 45minutes with it!

uggg after seeing the conditions in some of the kitchens he's been in. I really have to wonder where the heck the health inspectors in those cities have been at.great show but i dont think I'll ever be able to eat out side my own home again. these people are just grossly incompetent when it comes to keeping their kitchens clean and up to code.

I used to love this show so much but now I get kind of sick with the lazy gross people and kitchens he encounters. The restaurant business is so competitive that I don't understand what these people are thinking. Say what you want about Gordon, at least he tries to help. I liked him in the UK program that had him helping the prisoners learn a kitchen working trade.

The seasons are all messed up here. Season 1&2 are actually season 1. Season 3 = 2, 4 = 3 and there is no 5 at this point. You can confirm this by going to the Fox website. (IMDB is incorrect as well)
