Oh-my-gosh! Man I love this show! Spewin' I'm up to the last episode... cannot fathom why this one had such a short run. I mean, we've come to expect it from ABC (they seem incapable of finishing anything they start, truly) but HBO? how dissapointing. Don't know why it took me so long to get around to watching this, but I'm fully invested now *sniff* and there's just no way it will have a satisfying conclusion - there's just too much going on. UGH! *stamps foot petulantly* why do they DO that? I've loved watching the character development in this show, too. This is easily as good as GoT, The Borgias, OR Vikings... damnable networks, always too interested in immediate ratings rather than giving quality ongoing entertainment - Camelot was another excellent example of a brilliant show that didn't even get a CHANCE, that could have been huuuge... anyway, this is one cool show, love it, love it, love it.
