I love the undercover part but the end wear they give special rewards to whoever was working with them is just BS. true they may deserve it but so does probably many of the other workers to it's just to promote their own firm saying we take care of the employees but it's just PR BS!!!!

it's amazing that none of these companies have a single happy, healthy, well-adjusted employee between them...

Here is the summary of every episode. An owner doesn't know why a company is failing because he refuses to interact with "commoners". So he hopes appearing on TV will save it. He finds out his employees hate the job and don't get paid much at all, because his own salary cuts into their pay. So he gives raises to the few he meets and ignores the rest of the company, just to look good on TV. The end.

It is a serious issue that those who "have", have no idea what the "have nots" are experiencing. Homeless and working a full time job is becoming such an epidemic in America. I am glad this show educates those in power.

This show is ridiculous. Why would anyone believe some guy with a camera crew isn't the CEO secretly filming for Undercover Boss, at this point, in season three? And why is there always some in need employee who the CEO just happens to run in to and helps out? "Reality TV" has script writers, FYI. That should tell people something.

Only 4 or 5 employees get rewadred, when Yankee Candle has 1000's of employees who work just as hard and are just as loyal get nothing changed.

If a boss has to go undercover than the chain of command is already broken.
