Strong cast, great writing, powerful pedigree: Created and written by Sam Shaw (Masters of Sex), directed by veteran Thomas Schlamme (The West Wing). This mid-century tale of the people involved in the Manhattan Project, and how it went down, is fascinating.

This show has a great deal of promise; I think the character development is going to be extremely strong. Hopefully it will catch a good deal of the backbiting and primadonna egos that marked the real project.

Once again a show I like gets cancelled. What is the point of even starting to watch anything these days unless it has been going for at least 4 years and has 4 seasons under it's belt. That's why I stick to movies and Documentaries, I just can't stand the cheap reality crap that is churned out nowadays

Well worth a watch. Some of the equations on the chalk boards don't really ad up but it's not a documentary, it is really well crafted historical drama. The cast is strong and the character development deepens with every episode, give it a couple episodes and you'll be glad you did...

Awesome show! Great cast! Great writing! Great sets! Great costumes! Great recreation of 1943 New Mexico! Great respect for the history and even the family & social dynamics of Los Alamos, NM, aka PO Box 1663, Santa Fe, NM. I live in 'Burque and was a history major at UNM. This show's crew is doing justice to the secrets, history, sacrifice, and guilt the founding citizens of Los Alamos faced.

This show is phenomenal. I thought "How could a show about a desolate Nevada camp that we've all heard about in our history books be interesting?" BUT WGN found a way. I'm surprised. I hope it reaches its full potential as a series. I can't wait for it to come back!!!!

I love historical fiction, especially in TV shows, and this is shaping up to be one of my favorites.

i love this show!! i remember back in the day, when a program would run on a weekly basis. i mean you might see 26 or ever 32 episodes per session. now we are lucky to see 8 or 10 or 12. i know it takes allot more work now a days to get the job done. i am grateful to the people who take the time to up load the epee's and to prime wire for being here for us. keep up the great work everyone. and again, thank you.

10/10 Cant wait to see Richard Feynman. For all the people complaining about the atom bomb the japanese were already working on it so were the Nazis. If America and the Allies hadnt done what they did we would all be dead and our parents especially those of color would be in camps undergoing sterilization. Read the 5 chimneys a Polish non jew in the camps asked someone working for the Nazis what their plans were. I am glad it was used! Period!

there is a better show in regards to the race against time in world war 2 was the invention of the radar by a bunch of geeks. they started in the middle of 30's and was a success in the battle of Britain which stopped the Garman air armada in 1940. the show is castles in the sky.

as much as i love this show, the acting, scripts etc are incredible. i think the manhatan project is far too well known to make a re-imagination of it. wheres feynman, bethe, teller, von neuman, penney etc. why is the traitor been acted by an american when the fact is wideley known that it was klaus fuchs, a german, who was the main soviet contact. i happen to believe that klaus fuchs isnt just a hero of the 20th century but a hero of mankind as a whole. he foresaw Mutual Assured Destruction long before it was acknowledged. by giving the secrets to the soviets he almost single handedly saved mankind from anhialation by a single state owning the atomic bomb. he may now be percieved as a traitor but for anyone with even half a brain that man saved mankind.

There's going to be pointless drama. I perfer to read actually books on the subject than watching this.
