It is difficult to look at this avatar and not compare it to the old avatar series, but please please, don't say you want to know more about the old characters, don't keep comparing the new grand children and children to the old characters, accept this as a new avatar 70 years in the future and a new story unfolding, open your mind and allow these characters to be themselves and not be tied to the old characters. If you watch this and then comment about how it isn't like the old one, they aren't as good as the old ones, they aren't the same as the old ones, the old ones are not replaced, they are the original series and this is a separate one.

Great show, I can't wait for it to officially air so we can enjoy the episodes each week. You can tell they got a bigger budget since the first series, more 3D effects are being used and it goes nicely with the artwork. The evolution of the world is great and I know we'll get to see more about our old favorite characters. We've already been shown a few characters related to the gAang, but there's so much more to find out.

I decided to create a 1channel account to share recent news surrounding The Legend Of Korra! Nickelodeon has just confirmed a second purchase of 26 episodes, for a total of 52! Presumably they will split up the new 26 episodes in seasons 3 and 4 with 13 a piece, however that is still unannounced. Unfortunately, the wait for the season 2 premier continues, though I personally feel better knowing that there is a full-fledged avatar series once again to look forward to. Assuming the Mayans are wrong, we are all in for a great ride in The Legend Of Korra! -Prax

This show is amazing, I do think that somethings might have happened to fast but still a very good show. I watched all the first episodes with a huge smile on my face :P I do think the first few minutes in the first episode were quit sad realizing that nearly everyone we knew is dead.

Absolutely amazing! I thought it would be bad, but it's actually pretty good, the only bad thing is that the episodes are so short... just as they start they finish! I heard this season and season 2 will only have 24 episodes in total (both season1 and 2) so it's going to be pretty short :| I just hope this doesn't finish that quickly. Overall ; I'm quite impressed and I would love to see more of Aang when he was older..

Episode 3, "The Revelation," airs on April 21st, and then there are at least 3 more episodes scheduled to air every week after that. Episode 1 and 2 were released early online as part of a promotion which is why we can watch them here, but they are still both set to air on TV on April 14th.

Amazing finale to an outstanding series. Glad that the creators stuck to their beliefs and provided a worthy, truthful ending.

To be honest, am actively avoiding watching the last two episodes, because i know its finally come to an end, somehow hanging on to the fact that there's always more when i know deep down that its going to be a really sad but hopefully satisfying day, when i finally gather the strength to see the last ones!!

Anyone else feel like Korra is always getting her ass beat? LOL I have yet to have that wow Korra is amazing feel from her.. (Expect at the very end of every Season the last Episode).. With The Last Airbender there were OMG! and WTF! moments through out the whole Series.. when it came to bending. Just don't feel that here. For Example her newest fight with Kovira. She randomly slung Wind, Fire, Earth at her until she got her ass kicked by Kovira... Then went into Avatar State... Kicked a little bit of ass but still in the end something stopped her. So sad.. She just feels so weak to me and I really have no real Emotional Connection to her like I did with Aang..

Awesome! Didn't Amon say early on that the 'spirits granted him a gift'? D'ya reckon he could've made a deal with Ko, the 'face stealer', to have anti-bending powers in exchange for his face - hence the mask? Also, isn't it suspicous that Amon (when attacked) moves like an air bender (i.e. the Bagua Quan martial style that's encapsulates evade and avoid)? What does it take to get this girl into the Avatar state?! I hope Azula surfaces somehow.
