Some of these comments are really insulting to me. Some people don't believe in abortion, you know. I had my daughter when I was 17, and I'm 26 now. I'm married to her father, we have our own home and a graduated from university 4 years ago. This show lets teenagers know that babies aren't a joke, and that they are very hard work. They are difficult emotionally, physically and impact relationships. This show definitely doesn't promote pregnancy. The "teen pregnancy" stereotype bugs the hell out of me. There's no need to have such biased views on something you've never experienced. Its fine to say "Oh, that'll never happen to me, and if it does, I'll have an abortion!". You can't make judgement like that until your in a position to do so. Its ignorant to call these girls stupid. Stereotypes are unfair.

I am amazed that despite the existence of contraception and abortion, so many young teenagers get pregnant.

What the fuck is wrong with kids these days, have they never heard of condoms and contraception? In my day you would not even think off having a baby at 16. It seems that having a child in highschool is a status symbol these days. Lets have a baby, this cute living doll, and marry my 16 year old boyfriend and live happily ever after, and if that does not work out, mom can take care of the baby, while I go out with my friends. Thank god I have a son, but if I had a teenage girl that got pregnant it would be off to the abortion clinic, or if she insist to keep it go live with the daddy. No way I am going to take care of the baby while she is out having fun again.

If any young girl looks at this show and thinks pregnancy is glamorous, they are stupid

I don't relate to any of these girls as far as children go, but I have never missed an episode and I love hearing their stories. It is good for people to see how unglamorous having kids is at a young age.

love this show yes sometimes it does have its points where it makes you zone out but overall a really good show, i think this will teach us teenagers that the best thing to do is to wait until we can actually handle the responsibiity and to the people that are watching this and commenting "the teenagers these days are dumb" or "any teenagers who watch this and believe pregnancy is fun are stupid" well its a tv show for god's sake we are not all dumb most of us have self confidence and pride and if you say we watch this and do it then your not right because we have more sense than that even though some of us don't most of us do people just need to get over it, its a differnent world nowadays

I feel so bad that these girls think "they can handle it", then at the end they look like they were hit by a mac truck and say how hard it is. Even worse a lot off them have no good support in their lives. I know it won't get easier any time soon. From personal experience. After the baby these young young boys seem to drop off the planet! poor girls : (

This show is so-so, although some episodes make me emotional. But the worst thing about this show is when you see people driving in cars with no seatbelts. I hate seeing the pregnant girls not wearing them. It's selfish...

This show is supposed to teach girls not to become teen moms, and to wrap it up but they keep coming back for new seasons!!! This show only teaches them as soon as your knocked call MTV so you can be on magazines and meet lame celebs!

Why does it always take so damn long for these links to get up? It's not like that with every other TV show and it was not like that with the third season.
