Love this show, classic Nickelodeon at its finest. Loved all the crazy characters, I could relate to Rocko working at a comic book store with Heffer as a fat friend and Filbert who's just a complete nerd. You gotta love Heffer being adopted by wolves, that's just brilliant writing. It's a better version of Spongebob with smarter characters, crazier situations, and just a great dynamic with the people of O-town. The 90's absolutely had the best cartoons on tv.
