I an old boggy that believes that TV networks have a responsibility as well as the parents to make sure children don't below the age of 18 don't have easy access to 'impressionable' material such as graphic violence, nudity even partial, cussing, torturing another creature or human, ... ect.
I love reading and writing Fanfiction stories.
+k for your reply to that fucktard on Forged in Fire.
I read your remark about power rangers and beetle borgs and VR troopers. I had forgot that those shows was redone and then dubbed into English. You reminded me of some good childhood memories.
*specifically. I did like your review on Knots Landing, I'm just starting Dallas now. Which was your favorite?

Some of you seen my comments about the accents on the NCIS New Orleans home page.
A lot of you don't understand my gripe about the "fake" accents on the show. To explain further would not be a true comment about the show so I chosen to post it here in the "Off Topic" thread.
First let me explain I live in Jackson, MS since I was 3 years old. I am over 47 years old now.
I love watching Television. I love it a lot. One of my favorite shows as a kid was "Green Acres". I especially loved Eb off that show. I had no idea at the time the actor, Tim Lester, was a native Mississippian.
One year, while I was younger, Tim Lester talked at a assembly at our school. I was lucky enough to be at that assembly. I had no idea who this person was although I gathered from the others he was someone famous. I was introduced to him quite by accident and I made the mistake of asking who he was. He quite literally had to 'get into character' before I could understand who he played.
The point is Tim's normal voice was so much different from his character's voice. That is when I first understood the voice he used on the show "Green Acres" was totally fake.
From there I paid closer attention to the accents around me verses the supposed 'Southern Accents' in the media and made a huge discovery. They are totally two separate accents. The media loves to overdo the 'Southern Accent'.
Over a period of time I started to resent when shows do that. It is totally fake.
Now I want to make this clear though, I am enjoying NCIS New Orleans despite the fake voices I hear on the show.
I am not saying there is no 'Southern Accent' cause I know there is I am saying its not as pronounced as these shows display it and I wish there was one show with a Southern setting that don't overly pronounce the Southern Accent. It's really insulting.
Thanks for reading,
+ K Happy thanks Giving

I sure wish there was a list off all the emoticons that will work and will not work on this forum
Edit: I could not leave things alone so I searched and tried one by one many different emoticons. Seems you can only do them with 2-3 characters and no spacing. Within text it is very important to have a space before and after the emoticon text.
This that and the other
