Eccentric lady of the world
I met a Christian in Kristiansand; a devil in Helsinki
+5 k for you!
Plus K and well spotted about the writers of Liar. It frustrates me (the script) at times, but I'm still watching it.
Ruth Gordon as Maude introduced herself to Harold precisely that way in the film. Here's a clip (below) "Oh, how do you do? I'm Dame Marjorie Chardin, but you may call me Maude."
[+K] Cheers, thanks for the visit!
Heya! There was a block put on using this site for people living in Ireland by our main telecom provider! So was unable to access site for months. I saw you had sent me kudos a while back, so am returning your very kind gesture . I hope life is treating you well! x

not so much "interesting" more "chaotic" i'd say.
I actually still have the Diary of Laura Palmer in a dusty old box somewhere and i do remember seeing Boxing Helena on VHS as it was around the time i worked aprt time for this guy and i would drive around all the local villages with a small van full of VHS movies ( and a smaller collection of betamax). I got paid almost nothing, but i did get to take home up to 3 cassettes to watch for free. The only proviso being that my choices would be from what was left over at the end of each round and they would be returned the following evening so that they were there should anyone want them. I got to watch many MANY movies, lots of good ones and quite a few bad ones and quite a few more that i wouldnt have had as my first choice, but then glad i watched it at the end.. Twin Peaks was like a cult. Although the two seasons on TV were like night and day. This third season...man, i'm struggling with it to be honest with you. It appears to me as though they are after a different demographic. But i'll persevere, we all know how quickly the plot can change
Once upon a time there weren't enough hours in the day. But nowadays i'm suffering from not listening to the advice given to me 30+ years ago by, who were then, those more advanced in years than i.
It went something along the lines of "your spine will regret that when you're older" or "you'll wonder where all the time went"
Well, "it does" and "i do". But i am planning on getting back on the donkey, getting back into the best shape i can so that i rely less on medication and then spend a few months driving around Europe photographing & filming bugs & anything that slithers or crawls.
If that goes ok, then i'll expand my horizons and cross an ocean or two again.
I have people to go and places to meet
HOLY CRAPOLA MEGA LONG REPLY DOODLEBUG!
